Flood Disaster – How to Cope With the Stress

(PERTH-ANDOVER) April 4, 2012 - Upper River Valley Mental Health and Addiction Services is offering a free "How to Cope with Stress" workshop for those affected by the flood in Perth-Andover. The workshop will be held on Thursday, April 5 at 6 p.m. at the Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church, 12 Legion Street Extension, Perth-Andover (Andover Side).

The information session will assist individuals in coping with the stress and emotional aftermath of this traumatic event. It will address the common signs of reacting to stress, a typical stress response, healthy and unhealthy ways to cope, helping your child cope, when to seek help and where to get help.
