Central Miramichi Community Health Centre
The Central Miramichi Community Health Centre (CMCHC) is an organization that provides primary health care services, illness and injury prevention, chronic disease management and community development services, using a Population Health approach. CMCHC is made up of a team of health care providers who are all about working together in a collaborative practice with community participation, and patient-centred care. The team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, dietitians, health promoters, counselors and other health care providers.
CMCHC offers a range of health services including scheduled appointments with a physician or nurse practitioner, as well as a wide range of diagnostic and support services from the healthcare team.
