Diabetes Education Centre (Fredericton)
The Diabetes Education Centre in Fredericton offers a range of services for those living with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, and prediabetes.
Staff are registered dietitians and nurses who are also certified diabetes educators.
Clinic services are free and self-referred.
Services offered include:
• Individual and group appointments
• Classes for newly diagnosed and Pre Diabetes
• Insulin adjustment
• Education in regards to diet and food choices
• Assistance with lifestyle management
