McAdam Health Centre

The McAdam Health Centre, which is focused on the health and wellness of all residents in the area, offers primary care and out-patient services. Located just 11 km from the US border and 78 km from Fredericton, it focuses on primary health care, health promotion and disease prevention. The health care team includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, a nurse practitioner, dietitian, diabetes educator, and physicians. The centre provides primary care access to community residents by appointment in addition to access to diagnostic tests, including lab work and electrocardiograms. Community programs and group or individual education are available on a variety of topics based on need.
