Horizon Health Network will be surveying mothers over the next month to identify areas for improvement and ensure mothers have a positive experience while learning to feed their baby. Physicians and frontline staff will also be surveyed to identify the opportunities where feeding support could be improved. Mothers are encouraged to visit the Horizon website to complete the survey at www.HorizonNB.ca.  

Survey questions for mothers will focus on their experience learning to feed their baby in Horizon facilities. For staff and physicians, questions will focus on knowledge of policies, breastfeeding best practices, and safe preparation and feeding of infant formula.Information obtained from the survey will guide future improvements.
