(Upper River Valley) September 19, 2017 - Horizon Health Network's Upper River Valley Cardiac Rehab will host their second annual Walk of Life campaign Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 9: 00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at the AYR Motor Center, 105 Connell Park Road in Woodstock. 

This program is designed to help educate, exercise, and council individuals following a heart attack or other heart condition.

Registration is open from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with snacks and beverages followed by a fun group warm-up, walk, prizes and lunch.

To register or obtain a pledge form call 375-2568 or 375-2615. Pledges are also available at the AYR motor center. The first 75 participants will receive a free t-shirt.

Come join in the fun and help raise money for this beneficial program.  All monies raised will go directly to the URVH cardiac rehab to continue to help those in our community.
