(Miramichi) November 28, 2018 - Horizon Health Network is pleased to announce two nurse practitioners were recently recruited to the Miramichi area.

Nurse practitioners Gregory Murphy and Sara Greeley will be based out of Horizon's Chatham Health Centre, formally known as the Sexual Health Clinic, located in the Chatham Town Centre, 1780 Water Street, Suite 300. The phone number is 778-6107.

Horizon's Chatham Health Centre provides primary care visits and exams, and will continue to provide specialized sexual health services to the community. In addition, walk-in appointments can also be made.

Both nurse practitioners are currently taking new patients. If you are seeking a primary care provider, you are encouraged to contact Tele-Care 811 to register with NB Patient Connect.
