Horizon is hosting a small-group discussion forum in Perth-Andover on November 25.

Horizon's "Ideas and Solutions" forum is an important step in our Patient and Family Centred Care mandate.

The regional health network invites anyone who has been a patient or had family members as patients to become a part of the solution by sharing experiences and ideas for improvement.
