Please note that patients with appointments will be notified in advance. 

The Queens North Community Health Centre will resume its normal hours of operation tomorrow at 7 a.m. and will remain open until 6 p.m.  

During this temporary closure, if you require assistance, please call 811. For emergency situations, please phone 911.
