How do I pay my bill?


Horizon Health Network now accepts Interact e-Transfers for payments on accounts and services.

Please use the following address when making an e-transfer payment:


  • Go to your online banking site and click on the link for Interac e-Transfer.
  • If you do not have Horizon Health Network already set up as a contact, you will need to complete this step.
  • Fill in the required information, including the payment amount. Please note: there will not be a security question.
  • In the message space, please include the following information so your payment can be applied to your account:
  • Name on the account
  • Account number, or what you are paying for
  • Address and a phone number where we can reach you during the day
  • Name of facility where this service was performed

Without this information, we will not be able to apply your payment and your account balance will remain outstanding.

Other ways to pay

Horizon is pleased to offer an online payment option through Service New Brunswick (1-888-762-8600).

Bill payments are also accepted at the facility where the costs were incurred.

Or, you can also mail your payment to the address provided on your invoice.
