Skyline is the intranet that is used by Horizon Health Network to share corporate documents, policies, procedures, project document sites, and internal communications.
This site is part of a common SharePoint platform that supports Horizon and Vitalité Health Network, and is only accessible to these organizations' physicians, employees and staff.
Skyline can be accessed by Horizon physicians, employees and staff through the remote employee access portal.
