Bennett and Albert County Health Care Foundation
The Bennett and Albert County Health Care Foundation raises funds through various fundraising initiatives to fill equipment needs and support programs offered by the Albert County Health & Wellness Centre. The foundation also supports continuing education for staff that will, in turn, benefit patients of the centre. Additionally, the foundation supports and partners with groups on local health care, school, and community initiatives. Some examples of such initiatives are: the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, the Literacy Express, Riverside Consolidated School Breakfast Program, and Tele-Drive Albert County Inc.
Our Mission…To enhance the health and wellness of the people served by the Albert County Health & Wellness Centre through raising funds and managing assets in the spirit of our benefactor, Judge Bennett's vision.
Our Vision…To have a positive impact on health and wellness for the people served by the Albert County Health & Wellness Centre with the support of our community and the satisfaction of our donors.
Donor Recognition…All donors, regardless of their level of giving are recognized under the Donor Recognition Program. All gifts are important and appreciated and a monetary gift is never more important than individual relationships with our supporters. Chalmers Foundation
The Chalmers Foundation coordinates community funding to meet the needs of the hospital in order to raise the level of health care for patients. Funding helps provide enhanced equipment, leading edge technology, educational needs for compassionate care and special treatment programs.
